5-MINUTE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Smoothies are a great breakfast option when youβre short on time but want a nutrient dense meal. This blueberry smoothie packs in the antioxidants for immune health and memory.
serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 tsp acai powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat milk (+ more for consistency)
HOW TO MAKE:
Add everything to a blender
Start to blend on low, slowly adding more oat milk
Increase the speed to medium
Stop adding oat milk when it becomes thick and creamy
Pour into a jar and top with almond butter, extra blueberries and hemp seeds
